Um dos ícones do estilo, fonte de influência para incontáveis bandas. Impossível falar de música alternativa e não mencionar estes britânicos. Neste post publico os dois primeiros discos de estúdio da banda, logo na sequência devo publicar mais alguns, se gostou fique atento, vem mais coisa por aí. Particularmente, Epic Garden Music e Feeding the Flame são meus dois discos preferidos, dois trabalhos que beiram a perfeição, uma mistura de Pink Floyd com Cocteau Twins, sem dúvida brilhante, que não podem faltar na coleção de nenhum fã de boa música.

Banda inglesa com fortes influências do post-rock e do rock experimental, embora o indie rock também se faça presente, principalmente no último trampo, Other Arms. O resultado é um som bastante melódico, com várias passagens capazes de te fazer flutuar. Infelizmente a banda terminou antes mesmo do lançamento do útlimo álbum. O lado positivo é que deixaram dois discos simplesmente geniais, que merecem a atenção de todos que frequentam o Standard Songs.

Me encantei com essa banda, que há tempos ouço falar e que, infelizmente, só fiz a cagada de ouvir esta semana. Follow Your Bliss é, por enquanto, o último disco do quarteto canadense.
