The Drift é o projeto solo de Danny Grody (Tarentel) e Trevor Montgomery (Lazarus), já dá pra ter uma noção da mistura sonora capaz de se encontrar no disco.
No site oficial da gravadora (a brilhante Temporary Residence Limited), os caras classificam o som da banda como sendo uma mistura do Dub com o Jazz e com o Rock, algo próximo e ao mesmo tempo entre os três estilos.
Difícil imaginar?

Mais uma bandinha suéca que aposta numa "pegada" mais contemporânea, ainda assim sem perder o peso e a melodia que tanto me agradam.
Particularmente gostei muito, trata-se de um disco muito equilibrado, com um "quê" de originalidade.
Até onde eu sei, Today a Whisper Tomorrow a Storm é o disco de estréia e, por enquanto, único trampo de estúdio dos caras.

Banda formada em meados dos anos 2000 numa cidadezinha próxima a Londres.
O caminho foi bastante curto para este trio inglês, lançaram apenas um disco e alguns singles em menos de 3 anos depois de assinarem contrato com a gravadora Angular.
Fãs de Yeah Yeah Yeahs não podem perder.
Gostei bastante da voz de Alexis Mary, além da forte influência do Rock Britânico de tempos atrás durante as onze faixas do disco.
The Lost Pages marcou a estréia dos britânicos.
