Banda formada no ano de 1993 em Perkiomenville, EUA, liderada por David Reilly e Jeff Turzo.
Depois de Up Off The Floor a banda terminou, Turzo então deu início a seu novo projeto, o Wired All Wrong, a banda está atuante até hoje.
David Reilly (vocalista), morreu enquanto dormia na noite de 27 de outubro de 2005, as causas são contraditórias até hoje, ele tinha 34 anos de idade.
